How do I find my chauffeur at Sydney Airport?
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the relevant arrivals hall (International or Domestic) after you clear baggage claim. They will be holding a sign with your name on it. We track your flight in real-time, so we'll be there, even if your flight is delayed. In the unlikely event you can't spot them,please call us directly
Can I book a vehicle for a full day or multiple days?
Absolutely. We call this "As Directed" or hourly hire. You can book a vehicle and chauffeur for a set number of hours, a full day, or even a multi-day trip. This is perfect for business roadshows, private Sydney tours, or any event where you need a driver on standby. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
Do you provide baby or child seats?
Yes, your family's safety is a priority. We can provide baby capsules, rear-facing child seats, and forward-facing booster seats. To ensure we have the correct seat fitted for your journey, please request this in the booking form and specify the age or weight of your child.
How far in advance do I need to book?
To guarantee your preferred vehicle and time, we strongly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For major events like weddings or formals, booking weeks or even months ahead is best. We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, but it's always best to call us directly for any urgent requests.
